To maintain a serene and luxurious experience for all guests, treatment and waiting areas are reserved exclusively for scheduled clients. Guests under the age of 16 must have a signed parental consent form for each service and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their treatment. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that non-scheduled minors not be brought into the spa.

To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we kindly ask that whispering voices be used throughout the hallways, sauna, salt rooms, and relaxation areas. Cell phone conversations are strictly prohibited in these areas to maintain a calm and restorative atmosphere.

A valid credit card or gift card is required to secure all reservations. We respectfully enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge for the full service amount.

We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

This allows time for check-in, changing, and enjoyment of our amenities without feeling rushed.

For your convenience, our locker rooms offer choose-your-own-combination lockers, showers, robes, wraps, towels, and wash products. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we recommend leaving valuables at home.

Use of the sauna is restricted to guests 18 and older, as children’s bodies are less able to regulate temperature safely.

• No shoes on the sauna bench.

• No food or beverages permitted inside.

• Hydrate before and after your session.

• Wear athletic clothing or a spa wrap for comfort.

Minors ages 5–15 are welcome with a signed parental consent form and must be supervised by a scheduled parent at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in early removal from the session without a refund.

• Remove all shoes before entering.

• No food or beverages permitted inside.

• Wear warm loose-fitting clothing or a spa robe for comfort.

Gift cards are location-specific and East location gift cards cannot be redeemed at Beau Monde West Spa.

• All gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

• Cards must be present at the time of redemption.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
